We’re back another update on Outersloth and how it’s doing. If you missed our other stuffs – we have more money and Forest wrote about how he reviews games.

These are the last bits before we wrap up the end of 2024, so if you’ve been waiting to submit your game or curious about what we’ve signed so far, read on!

And if you are neither of those things read anyway. Shrug.

Winter Hiatus

Alright first things first – Innersloth (and thus Outersloth) is going on its annual winter break, which means:

• We are not looking at any pitches or signing new games until January 2025. We’ve got lots of work to wrap up so we’re pausing things until then.
• If you’ve been looking to submit your game: Cool! We highly suggest you wait until we’re back in mid-January. You can still submit and it won’t affect your chances, it just means it’ll be in the backlog.
• If you’ve been waiting for a response on your game submission: SORRY! We know there are still some leftovers from when we revealed Outersloth back in June. We’re doing our best to get folks a response (we’re around the September mark now), but the sheer volume of submissions means we are still catching up on it. We tried to clear everything out for 2025 but HERE WE ARE.

Here is the full list of games we’ve released/funded so far – a grand total of 16. Pick them up, wishlist, and give some good indie devs some moneyyyyy.

Games Released

During 2024, we had 2 game releases! And one that was secretly released under Outersloth in 2023.

Clickolding

The first full release was maybe the most horrifying thing people have seen in ages. Congratulations if your eyes burned and you’re mentally scarred forever! Since launch, CLICKOLDING had a Streamer Mode update and one to ensure you can keep clicking…….. and clicking………. and clicking……………………………….

Fun fact: It has fully recouped its funding costs as per our terms! Woo!

ONE BTN BOSSES

We’re so proud of how the ONE BTN BOSSES game was received from a variety of press outlets, big congratulations on the Midnight Munchies crew on thier first commercial release! They’ve been working on porting the game to other platforms in the meantime, so keep an eye out.

Mars First Logistics

This was our first ever signed Outersloth game, and they’ve been up to SO MUCH since our secret Early Access release in 2023. (Shout out to some keen-eyed Among Us players who thought some studio was ripping off our Innersloth logo lololol.) So far their updates have included: Roads and trains, areas, contracts, cargo, grappling hooks, connectors, ribbons, and more.

Games In Progress

Here are all of the games that are currently being worked on. Ones marked with a * are new since our summer announcement. Give them a wishlist – it always helps!

• Berserk B.I.T.S *: An idle-rpg, auto-battler, chip-collecting game that runs on your desktop. Let your B.I.T do battle and collect items while you relax or work on other tasks!
  • This is the first game funded as a joint venture between Outersloth, Casey Yano, and [MYSTERY FRIEND]!
• Battle Suit Aces: Lead a plucky crew against a star-consuming threat in this charming character-driven, card battling RPG. Brought to you by the creators of the award-winning Battle Chef Brigade.
• Mossfield Archives: A game about building and exploring connections. Explore a rich vibrant world of diverse people as you figure out what mystery awaits.
• Project DOSA: Platform through a vibrant world in an upgradeable mech and cook delicious meals. Fight off corpos in turn based combat, discover new recipes, build up your reputation with local communities, and bond with friends and family on a journey to taste everything life has to offer.
• Rogue Eclipse: A spacefighter for the new age. Master your piloting prowess in an epic sci-fi setting, take down swarms of starfighters, merciless armadas and colossal behemoths in a roguelike campaign that spans the cosmos.
• The Horror at Highrook *: An occult card crafting narrative RPG. Explore a haunted mansion with your team of investigators, summon dark entities, craft powerful protections, uncover the fate of the missing family, and choose your own path through the darkness.
